Beamish Hall Photography Gallery

Couple: Rayner & James
Venue: Beamish Hall, Stanley

Choosing a photographer to us is like choosing someone to join your family at your wedding, like marrying a third person (or two in our case!)
Crystal and Dan came very highly recommended and from the first click of their profile we knew (and hoped to everything that they were free for our day) that they were the ones for us!
Both of them have been so attentive, experienced, down for a giggle, down to earth, friendly and just adorable. We loved every second with them and so did the entire family!
Nothing was a bother and they completely understood our vision/ideas and we adore every single picture they took for us. They were such a calming presence on the day and kept me very chill on the morning and we knew we were in safe hands!
They are absolute stars and treasures and we wish we could have them at every event and consider this....they are budget friendly, flexible and you get them both!!! Match made in heaven, we love them. Thank you crystal and Dan for making our beautiful memories last forever!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
— Rayner & James

If you’re looking for a bit of stately luxury in your wedding photos, you should be checking out Beamish Hall, just outside Stanley and near the famous Beamish Museum, for your wedding!

Rayner & James were the lovely couple who chose to do just that, and they chose B&C as their wedding photographers too.

We were booked for the full day for this wedding, so we were these two lovely people from early morning to just after their first dance.

Bridal Prep

Both Rayner & James were getting ready for their wedding (in different rooms of course!) at Beamish Hall itself.

This meant that both of us could join them for their bridal and groom prep, with Dan ducking out every so often for some ceremony room decor shots and to visit the boys too while they got ready.

Meanwhile Crystal spent a lovely morning with the bridal party, which involved dinosaurs, champagne, makeup

Groom Prep

As is the usual case, the lads are infinitely more relaxed on the morning and getting ready takes absolutely no time at all!

There was plenty of time for a good laugh with James and his Groomsmen though, as well as time for some shots of the lovely wedding favours too.

Ceremony Time!

Beamish Hall’s stunning ceremony room is surrounded by beautiful stained glass windows, plus an ornate fireplace that just looks chef’s kiss

It proved an unforgettable backdrop for James and Rayner’s wedding, which after a nervous wait, was upon them before they knew it!

Confetti and Posing!

We’re expert confetti wranglers, and after a few drinks and bit of mingling, we got everyone outside to chuck some confetti at the newlyweds!

Once that was done, we whisked Rayner and James away for a few minutes to take advantage of the stunning Beamish Hall estate to ensure they got some photos to remember!

Speeches, Cake Cutting, Bathtubs, Sparklers and the First Dance

It’s time for tears, laughs and lots of love as the speeches kick off, before a sit down meal then a bit of time to relax in their room for the evening (in the bathtub no less!) then outdoors for some sparkler shots, back in for the cake cutting, then the first dance and a bit of partying after!

Bonus Photos!

That was just a quick blitz through all of the things that happen on a wedding day - so here’s the best of the rest of the photos!

After reading all about us and our wedding photography, hopefully you’re thinking we might be the ones for the job.

If you’re ready to get things moving, fill in our form below and we’ll be in touch before you know it. Alternatively, email us directly at boothcurtisphotos@gmail.com or you can DM us on Facebook or Insta too.

Yes! I’m Ready to Book B&C as my Wedding Photographers!
