Every wedding’s different, and not every wedding needs to be huge either!
That was exactly how it was for Michelle & Ian, who decided to have a small, intimate elopement wedding at the stunning Langley Castle in Hexham.
Team B&C were asked to come along for a half day shoot to ensure they had some beautiful memories to look back from on their day as Lord and Lady of Langley Castle.
Bridal Prep
It’s not every day you get to get ready for your wedding in an actual, honest-to-goodness ancient castle, is it?
That’s exactly how it was for Michelle though, who got ready alongside friend Beverly as she nervously awaited the ceremony.
Groom Prep
Meanwhile, in another part of Langley Castle hidden by about eight spiral staircases and doors that may or may not have slightly confused Dan (ok, they did!), Ian was busy getting ready too!
With there being two of us on your day, Dan was able to leave Crystal with Michelle while he went to visit Ian.
Let’s Get Married!
Before they knew it, it was time!
Michelle and Ian tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony in Langley Castle’s stunning ceremony room, surrounded by the ambiance of this ancient castle.

While posey shots ain’t for everyone, you can’t not take advantage of an amazing castle, can you?
Michelle & Ian were more than happy to join us on a castle-wide adventure which spanned from the roof and the castle’s turrets to the grounds where poor Ian ended up in the stocks.
